Police Shooting – Daugherty v. Hurst

No lawyer would take this case because the police claimed that the victim had a gun. We took the case, and demonstrated to the Court that most likely the gun was planted on the victim at the hospital because no gun was recovered at the scene. The case settled for seven figures.
